“Initially when we first started to look at selling our house we were apprehensive about the process so decided to get a number of estate agents out for a valuation and discussion.

Rich came from Evans Estates and was able to address all our concerns. We were concerned we would sell and be under pressure to find somewhere but Rich was able to put our minds at ease setting out conditions of sale for any potential buyers so we did not feel pressured into rushing or making mistakes.

Evans valued the house for us at the higher end of what we thought we could get, other estate agents suggested lower which I felt was a ploy to get a quick sale and their commission, Evans however achieved over their original asking price on the first day of listing at the open day.

From this point David managed the process and the service he provided was exceptional. Having not been involved in a chain before we were unsure of the process but David guided us through step by step and was always on hand acting on our behalf chasing up the other estate agents and solicitors, this was first class as he took away the burden from ourselves and meant we didn’t have to constantly chase them ourselves. The service provided by Rich and David was first class, I would not hesitate to recommend them.”
