RICHARD EVANS
FOUNDER
My name is Richard Evans, co-founder of Evans Estates. I have been an estate agent for 17 years and have excelled in my career due to my genuine passion for people and property.
I am very proud of Coventry and have a passion for following the Sky Blues; I also love running and music. My childhood home was in Norman Place Road in Coundon, I attended the local schools of Hollyfast and Coundon Court. I believe that my strong work ethic is attributable to my Dad who worked as a miner at Keresley Colliery; and that my amiable and talkative nature is inherited from my Mum.
I bought my first house in Chesterton Road in Radford; and now live in Allesley with my wife and children. I have a genuine love of life, I am energetic, enthusiastic and motivated.
I work hard to build a rapport with clients and I like to learn about their motivation to move as this helps me to assist them through the process. I look forward to establishing a strong and dependable business in Coventry.
DAVID HARTOPP
FOUNDER
My name is David Hartopp, co-founder of Evans Estates. I was born in Coundon and still live in the area today. I attended Coundon Primary and Coundon Court School and since leaving I have worked for both small and large businesses.
My first experience of work was in my family’s business; a butcher's shop in Radford, it helped me to develop a great work ethic and I also discovered my natural ability for dealing with people. After my family sold the business, I opted for a complete career change and fortunately found that I was able to transfer these skills into being an estate agent.
I have a real passion for my job and love working with the public; I am very proud to be able to open a business where I can help people through the journey of buying or selling a property, with a personal touch.
